I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your attendants today. I came in to purchase a tire because I have done business here before and have always chosen your company when I needed tires for this vehicle. While I was waiting, the attendant mistakenly believed that I pointed at him and was trying to get his attention. When I explained that I was not speaking to him, he ignored what I said and proceeded to tell his coworker that I had pointed at him. His coworker then responded, “Oh yeah, when they do stuff like that, I ignore them.” I clearly heard the conversation, and I found it to be disrespectful, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Even after I clarified the misunderstanding, the attendant continued discussing me with his coworker instead of simply accepting my explanation and moving on. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. To make matters worse, while my tire was being serviced, the attendant suggested that I go inside the building. Given the way I had already been treated, I was not comfortable doing that. I chose to remain outside and watch the work being performed on my vehicle because the interaction had caused me to lose confide

First time going there today. They had my size(with superb tread might i add) and I was in and out in 5 mins. The prices were the cherry on top. My new go-to tire place. I wouldve let Bud body slam me, however I cant pay for hernia surgery🤣🤣🤣

Be careful bringing your own parts here. Paid $170 for a caliper install, but it rubbed. Instead of letting me wait, they sent me away, costing me a $40 Uber only to call me back 40 minutes later. They fixed it by reusing my old bracket but demanded an extra $60 for labor. No flexibility or communication, just a $300 headache for a job where I supplied the parts.

Great first time experience, polite and friendly service...long story short I couldn't believe the used tire was better than the three already on, and the use tire match my other Pirelli tires which was awesome!...very 💰 reasonable and fast.
